Frequently asked questions
How many notes can I create?
As many as you like. Every plan lets you create notes to your heart's content. The only limit is the storage that comes with your plan: the images and files you add to your notes take up space there too.→
How do I organize my notes?
There is no shortage of options, and the rest is up to you: assign a status to a note (To do, In progress, Done, On hold, or ones you define yourself), tag it by topic, open sub-notes underneath it, and favorite the ones you come back to most. On the home screen you can move freely between the List, Grid and Board views whenever you like.→
How many events can I add?
Unlimited. On every plan you can create as many events and tags as you like.→
Can I change an event's color?
Yes. Pick a preset from the color palette in the editor, or enter your own. The color shows on both the event card in the calendar and the title in the editor.→
How many transactions can I add?
Unlimited. On all plans you can add as many income and expense transactions as you want.→
How many wallets can I create?
On the Free plan you have a single Cash wallet, set up when you first open Finance. On Pro and above you can open unlimited wallets and keep them in different currencies.→
How many currencies can I use?
You can use up to six currencies in the same workspace. Each wallet is kept in its own currency, and whenever you want you can see them all totalled in a single currency.→
Is the rate fixed or live?
You can pick either. The Auto option pulls the current market rate itself and updates on its own; a fixed rate uses the rate you type, so your record stays at the same value all month.→
