Export your data
You can download a copy of your records in Pumpynotes as a single file. This guide covers where to download it, what exactly the file holds, what it leaves out and what you can do with it.
Delete your account
Deleting your account cannot be undone. This guide covers what deletion takes with it, what the steps are, when the process stops before it starts, and why cancelling a subscription is not the same as deleting an account.
Restore something you deleted from the trash
A note, event or transaction you deleted by mistake does not disappear straight away. It lands in the trash and waits there for 7 to 30 days depending on your plan. Something on your mind, a feature you like or a problem: reach us from inside the app with a few sentences. Approved feedback can be published on the site, everyone who gives feedback gets 1 month of Pro; if it is a question, it turns into a support ticket and you see the reply in the app and in your inbox.
Change your password and manage your sessions
Two simple tools keep your account safe: you can change your password whenever you like, and see which devices are signed in to your account, then instantly sign out any you don't recognize or no longer use. This guide walks through both parts of the Security page from start to finish.
Track and manage your notifications

Protect your account with two-factor authentication
Want to make your account a little safer? With two-factor authentication on, signing in asks for a code from your phone along with your password. Even if someone gets your password, that code stays with you. We'll show you how to set it up in four steps, where to keep your recovery codes, and how to enter the code when you sign in.
Undo your changes from History
If you dragged an event to the wrong day or added an extra zero while fixing an amount, there's no need to start over. In five steps, we show you how to find your change, compare it with how it looked before, and undo it.
