Why Pumpynotes? What makes it different?

Calendar, notes and finance live in one app and see each other: your payments are on the calendar, your notes sit on the event, and one click opens a spend from an event. We were juggling a separate app for each ourselves, and eventually found the fix: building one more app.

What's in the free plan?

A 1-user workspace, calendar, unlimited notes, finance tracking with 1 wallet and in-app reminders. Enough for personal use.

Each team's / workspace's data is fully isolated in its own database. Passwords are hashed, traffic is TLS-encrypted.

Which plans include Finance?

Finance is included in every plan: Free has 1 wallet and a budget limit for 1 category; Pro and above get unlimited wallets and budget limits for all categories. Your transactions show on the calendar in every plan.

Can I share my calendar, wallets or notes?

Yes. You can share events, wallets and notes with the people you choose, granting view or edit permission per person, or open an item to the whole workspace. Shared workspaces are available on Business and above.

How do reminders work?

You can set reminders minutes, hours or days ahead on calendar events and finance transactions. In-app reminders are on every plan; browser push is Pro and above, email reminders Business and above.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your subscription keeps working until the end of the paid period and simply doesn't renew. You can always export your data.

How are payments handled?

Payments are processed securely by Paddle, used by thousands of software companies worldwide; your card details never touch our servers. Invoices are issued automatically.

Can I export my data?

Yes. From account settings you can download your notes, events and finance transactions as a single JSON file; finance transactions can also be exported as CSV.

Which languages are supported?

The interface is available in 7 languages: English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Russian.

When is the mobile app coming?

iOS and Android apps are in active development. The web app already works great in mobile browsers, and native apps are on their way.

How does support work?

Every plan can open support tickets right inside the app. On Enterprise, tickets get priority handling. All plans also have access to the help center documentation.
