Pumpynotes Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Payments Processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record)

All paid subscriptions to Pumpynotes are sold and processed by Paddle.com ("Paddle") acting as the Merchant of Record. This means Paddle, not Pumpmedya, is the seller of record for your purchase. Paddle handles checkout, payment collection, subscription billing and renewals, invoicing, and the calculation and remittance of applicable taxes and VAT.

We never see or store your full payment card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials. Those details are handled directly by Paddle and its payment processors under their own security and compliance standards.

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy apply to your purchase alongside this Policy, and this Policy follows Paddle's refund policy.

2. How Subscription Billing Works

Paid Pumpynotes plans (Pro, Business, and Enterprise) are sold on a recurring, auto-renewing subscription basis with a monthly or yearly billing cycle, as selected at the time of purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan, unless you cancel before the renewal date. The renewal charge is collected automatically using the payment method on file with Paddle.

You can review your plan, billing cycle, next renewal date, and amount at any time through your Pumpynotes account or through the receipts and account-management links Paddle sends you by email.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason. Use the billing settings in your Pumpynotes account, use the subscription-management link in any Paddle receipt email, or contact us at [email protected] and we will help you cancel.

When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you will not be charged again. You keep full access to your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. You can resubscribe at any time.

4. Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a refund within 14 days of any charge. This applies to the initial purchase and to renewal charges, on both monthly and yearly plans.

Approved refunds are issued in full by Paddle to the original payment method, in the original currency of the transaction.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or in another jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory refund rights, those rights apply in addition to this Policy and are honored in full.

5. How to Request a Refund and Processing Times

To request a refund, use the account-management or refund links in the receipt email that Paddle sent you, or email us at [email protected] from the address associated with your account, including the plan, the approximate purchase date, and, if available, the Paddle order or invoice number.

Once a refund is issued, the funds typically reach your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, contact us at [email protected] and we will follow up with Paddle on your behalf.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
