Holding money in different currencies doesn't have to blur the picture. In Pumpynotes Finance you keep each wallet in its own currency, and the dashboard totals them all in one common currency at a live rate or a fixed rate you set. Open a wallet in a different currency
Each wallet lives in its own currency. When you create a new wallet you pick its currency from the list; that wallet's balance is always kept in that currency, and a transaction you enter in another currency is converted at a rate and reflected in the balance. You can use up to six currencies in the same workspace, so you can track your income from abroad in dollars and your holiday budget in pounds, each on its own. Asset wallets work differently: you don't pick their currency, it comes from the asset you hold. Gram gold and BIST stocks are valued in TRY, Bitcoin and US stocks in USD.

Choose an automatic or fixed rate
If a transaction's currency differs from the currency selected in Convert on the dashboard, a rate tab (for example EUR → USD) appears in the transaction window. You have two options here: Auto pulls the current market rate itself and shows something like "1 EUR ≈ 1.16 USD"; a Fixed rate uses the rate you type in, so the record stays at the same value all month.

See everything in one currency
Your wallets are ready and your transactions are recorded. Now, when you pick a currency from the Convert button at the top of the dashboard, your balance, income/expense and breakdown charts are totalled in that currency. If you have asset or debt wallets, the Net worth line under the Total balance card is converted to the same currency too. This is only a view preference; the recorded value of your transactions never changes, only how you see it does.

If you enter a fixed rate on your foreign-currency transactions, rate swings won't distort your budget report. That way you get a clear, rate-independent answer to "what changed since last month?".

How many currencies can I use?
You can use up to six currencies in the same workspace. Each wallet is kept in its own currency, and whenever you want you can see them all totalled in a single currency.
Is the rate fixed or live?
You can pick either. The Auto option pulls the current market rate itself and updates on its own; a fixed rate uses the rate you type, so your record stays at the same value all month.
Which plans include multi-currency?
Opening wallets in different currencies is part of the Pro, Business and Enterprise plans. On the Free plan you can use a single currency.
Does hitting Convert change the value of my transactions?
No. "Convert" is only a view preference; it shows everything in the currency you pick, but the recorded value of your transactions stays as it is. You still see each wallet's balance in its own currency on its row in the left panel.
