Every income and expense you record on the Finance page also lands on the calendar on its date. In month, week and mobile views it appears next to your events as a money card; today included, past days muted. Nothing to set up, the finance module is on every plan.

Read a money card
A transaction card is filled with its category colour; it carries the category icon (or the icon you chose for that transaction), the name and the signed amount with its currency. Income shows a plus, expenses a minus. Cards on past days are muted, today's cards are full colour.

Click a card to open the transaction
Clicking a money card takes you to the Finance page with that transaction selected. Edit the amount, category or wallet there; the calendar reflects the change immediately.

Summary card on busy days
When a day has more than three rows, the calendar shows the first two and folds the rest into a "+N payments · net" summary card. Click the summary card to open the full list for that day with its net total.

Recurring transactions on every occurrence
If you set up a recurring transaction such as rent or a subscription, you get a separate card on each occurrence date, with a small repeat glyph on it. The same cards appear in week view and on your phone.

Money cards cannot be recoloured one by one; a card always takes its category colour. If you want a different colour on the calendar, change the category colour on the Finance page.
Frequently asked questions
Which plans show money cards?
All of them. The finance module is on every plan including Free, so the money cards on the calendar are visible to everyone.
Can I pick a card's colour myself?
No. A money card always uses its category colour. To change it, edit the category on the Finance page.
Can I hide money cards on the calendar?
The cards come with the finance module. A transaction you do not want on the calendar can be edited or deleted from the Finance page.
Do they show on my phone too?
Yes. In the mobile view every transaction appears as a money card on its date, and busy days get the same summary card.
