Add and remove widgets from the Marketplace

You can change the sections on your Overview page. Open the Marketplace, add a widget you like with one click, remove the ones you never use, and see which ones come with Pro before you add them.

The sections waiting on your Overview page are a starter set. In the Marketplace you can change that set to suit you: quick note, streak, budget status, news and markets and more are waiting there. In the four steps below you will add a widget, remove one you never use, and see which ones are free. If you are setting Overview up for the first time, start with Set up your Overview page.

Open the Marketplace
The four-square icon in the top bar opens the Marketplace. You can also get there by tapping the empty dashed slot in Overview's edit mode, or from the Marketplace row in your profile menu.
You are met by a card per widget. On top of each one sits that widget's preview, so you see how it will look on your page before you add it; below it you read the name and the single line that says what it does, and the button on the right is where you decide. A green Installed badge in the corner means the widget is already on your Overview page.

Add the ones you like
On the card, Addis all it takes. A short confirmation appears and the widget joins your Overview page right away; there is nothing to save.
The new widget lands at the very bottom of the page, so the layout you built stays intact. To move it up or change its width, go back to Overview and enter edit mode; Set up your Overview page walks you through it.

The moment you press Add, the widget lands at the bottom of your Overview page

Remove what you do not use
If a section is crowding your page, press Removeon its card and it leaves Overview at once. Nothing of yours is deleted: your budgets, notes and events stay exactly where they are, only the box leaves your page.
Change your mind and you add it back from the same card. It returns to the bottom of the page, not to its old spot.

Is everything free?
Eight widgets are open on every plan: weather and greeting, quick actions, upcoming events, mini calendar, notes, today's agenda, quick note and streak. So the free plan is enough to build your whole Overview page.
Five widgets come with Pro: news and markets, event heatmap, spending radar, upcoming payments and budget status. If your plan does not cover them the cards still stay in the list, only the button reads Upgrade to Pro instead of Add.
Upgrade and those cards behave like every other one; you still decide which to add, none of them pour onto your page by themselves.

The widgets you pick are saved to your account, not to a device. One you add on a computer shows up on your phone too, and the same set follows you when you switch workspaces.

Frequently asked questions

Can I add the same widget twice?
No, a widget appears once on your page. A card is either Add or Installed; no second copy is created.

Do other people in my workspace see what I added?
No. Your widget selection is personal: two people in the same workspace can run completely different sets, and nobody changes anybody else's Overview page.

Do new widgets land on my page by themselves?
They do not. The list grows over time, but your Overview page changes only when you want it to; to try a new widget you add it from the Marketplace.

Can I add and remove from my phone?
