Connect Claude to Pumpynotes

Once you connect Claude to Pumpynotes, it can reach your calendar, notes and finance records right from the chat. It can add an event for you, write into a note, record an expense or put together last month's summary. It cannot delete anything.

Find and connect Pumpynotes in Claude

In Claude, open Settings > Connectors > Browse connectors, type Pumpynotes in the search box and press Connect on the result.

You can also add it as a custom connector: choose Add custom connector, use Pumpynotes as the name and https://app.pumpynotes.com/mcp as the URL.

Search for Pumpynotes in the connector directory and press Connect.

Allow access in Pumpynotes

When you add the connector and connect, the Pumpynotes consent screen opens. If you are not signed in, sign in first.

If you have more than one workspace, choose the one Claude should access, look over the list of permissions and press Allow. You then return to Claude and the connection is ready.

Ask Claude

Now just talk to Claude as you normally would. When a request is about Pumpynotes, Claude uses the connection on its own and tells you what it did.

Claude understands the request, creates the event in Pumpynotes and reports back.

A few more examples:

• "List my meetings for this week."
• "Add a new item to my project note: finish the presentation by Friday."

• "Which category did I spend the most on last month?"

Manage or disconnect

You can see your connections in Pumpynotes under Settings → Connected apps. Each row shows which workspace the connection belongs to, when it was set up and when it was last used. Press Disconnect and Claude's access ends immediately.

If you change or reset your password, or leave that workspace, the connection is also cut automatically. To reconnect, simply start the connection again from Claude.

What can Claude do?

Claude only works in the workspace you chose on the consent screen and only with records you can see yourself.

• Calendar. Lists events and shows their details, adds new events (recurring ones included), edits existing ones and marks them as done.
• Notes. Searches your notes, reads a note, creates new notes, appends to the end of a note, and changes the title, status and tags.
• Finance. Shows your wallets and balances, transactions, summary and budget; records income or expenses and edits one-time transactions.

• Delete. It cannot delete events, notes, transactions or any other record.
• Change sharing settings. It cannot touch who can see what.
• Recurring finance transactions. It cannot create a recurring transaction or edit an existing one.
• Rewrite rich notes. It cannot rewrite the content of very long notes or notes with blocks like tables or images; it can only append to them.
